Summary
This study tested a new use of radiofrequency ablation (heat therapy) to treat small adrenal tumors that cause high blood pressure. 31 patients with primary aldosteronism received the procedure. The main goal was to see if it could safely lower blood pressure enough to reduce or stop medication. Results focused on blood pressure control at six months.
