Tiny radioactive tubes aim to shrink inoperable pancreatic tumors

Summary
This study is testing a new approach for locally advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Doctors will place tiny radioactive metal tubes directly into the tumor to deliver radiation from the inside, while patients also take a chemotherapy pill. The main goal is to see if this combination can shrink the tumor enough to make surgery possible and to monitor safety.
