After thymoma surgery: zap it or watch it?

Summary
This study aims to find out if giving radiation therapy after successful surgery for stage II or III thymoma helps prevent the cancer from coming back better than just regular monitoring. It will enroll about 314 adults who have had their thymoma completely removed. Participants will be randomly assigned to either receive radiation or to be closely watched with scans and check-ups.
