Cancer trial questions need for immediate radiation

NCT ID NCT07235319

Summary

This study is for people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer that has spread. It compares two approaches after initial drug therapy: getting radiation to the head and neck area right away versus waiting and only using radiation if the cancer comes back there. The main goal is to see if the delayed approach works just as well while possibly causing fewer side effects.
