Summary

This study tests a combination of two radiation therapies for elderly or frail patients with rectal cancer who cannot undergo surgery. The goal is to see if this approach can completely control the tumor and improve quality of life. About 80 participants will receive external beam radiotherapy plus a high-dose internal radiation boost placed directly in the rectum.
