First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This early-phase trial studies the safety and best dose of radiation therapy for people with liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, or cancer that spread to the liver) who also have liver damage from cirrhosis, chemotherapy, or surgery. About 36 participants will receive targeted radiation to shrink tumors while protecting the remaining liver function. The goal is to find the highest safe dose and monitor side effects.
