Summary
This study is testing if adding two types of radiation therapy to a standard first-line treatment works better for people with advanced squamous cell lung cancer. The standard treatment is an immunotherapy drug (sintilimab) plus chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if adding radiation helps shrink tumors more effectively. They will compare two groups of patients to find out.
