New training tool aims to sharpen cancer Doctors' skills

Summary
This study is creating and testing a new educational tool designed to help radiation oncology residents learn how to review and improve cancer radiation treatment plans. About 20 resident doctors who have already completed a breast cancer rotation will use the tool and complete surveys and exams. The goal is to see if this new training method effectively teaches these important skills.
