New combo attack on deadly cancer

Summary

This early-stage study is testing whether combining a very precise form of radiation therapy with immunotherapy is safe and feasible for people with mesothelioma, a type of cancer. The goal is to see if this two-part approach can better control the cancer while causing fewer side effects. The study will enroll about 20 patients to monitor their health and track how the cancer responds over time.
