Targeted radiation offers new hope for inoperable rectal cancer
NCT ID NCT07297004
Summary
This study is testing whether a precise, high-dose radiation treatment can help control rectal cancer that has come back and cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink tumors enough to make surgery possible or extend survival. The trial will enroll about 20 patients in China to measure tumor response, side effects, and survival rates over two years.
