First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests if a higher dose of radiation (40-50 Gy over 10 sessions) can better relieve pain from cancer that has spread to bones or other areas. About 124 adults with cancer and significant pain will receive this treatment to see if more people get complete pain relief at one month and if the relief lasts longer. The goal is to improve quality of life with manageable side effects.
