Zapping new spots to keep cancer drugs working longer

Summary
This study is testing a strategy to help patients whose kidney cancer has started to spread to just a few new spots while their current medications are still controlling the rest. The goal is to use very precise, high-dose radiation to destroy these few new spots. Researchers hope this will allow patients to stay on their current effective treatment longer and delay the need to switch to a new medication.
