Summary
This study is for people whose kidney cancer has spread to only a few other places in the body. It tests if adding a very precise, high-dose radiation treatment to standard drug therapy works better than the drugs alone. The goal is to see if this combination can keep the cancer from growing for longer and help people live longer, while also checking side effects and quality of life.
