Summary
This study is testing if adding a very precise form of radiation therapy to standard drug treatment helps people with advanced kidney cancer that has returned or spread. It will compare two groups: one gets the drugs plus radiation, and the other gets just the drugs. The main goal is to see if the combination keeps the cancer from getting worse for a longer period of time.
