Radiation boost before CAR-T: a new hope for tough lymphomas?
NCT ID NCT05574114
Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether giving a short course of radiation therapy before standard CAR-T cell treatment is safe and practical for people with B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to other treatments. The goal is to see if this combined approach helps control the cancer better. The study will enroll about 20 adults who are already scheduled to receive an approved CAR-T therapy.
