Weekly radiation tested to ease path to powerful cancer treatment

NCT ID NCT06004167

Summary

This study tested a new, more convenient schedule for radiation therapy given before CAR T-cell treatment. Ten adults with B-cell lymphoma that had returned or not responded to other treatments received radiation once a week for five weeks. The main goal was to see if this weekly schedule was practical and manageable for patients before they received their standard CAR T-cell therapy.
