Can radiation stop tongue cancer from coming back?

Summary
This study is testing if adding radiation therapy after surgery helps prevent early-stage tongue cancer from returning in patients who have certain risk factors. Researchers will compare two groups: one that receives radiation after surgery and one that is simply monitored. They will track how long patients remain cancer-free, their overall survival, side effects, and quality of life.
