First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether adding a specific nerve-stretching technique to standard massage and trigger-point therapy can better relieve chronic tennis elbow. Forty-six adults with at least three months of elbow pain received either standard care alone or standard care plus radial nerve mobilization. Researchers measured pain, grip strength, and function right after treatment and again three months later.
