Summary
This study looked at over 3,300 people having a heart procedure through the wrist to see if using a smaller or coated introducer tube reduces complications like artery blockage or spasm. Participants were assigned one of three introducer types, and doctors checked for problems within 72 hours. The goal was to find the safest way to access the artery.
