Summary

This study tests a special type of radiation therapy guided by MRI to treat spinal tumors that are pressing on the spinal cord. The goal is to see if this treatment can control the tumor and avoid the need for surgery. The study will include 24 adults with solid tumors that have spread to the spine. Researchers will track how many people need surgery within one year after treatment.
