NCT ID NCT06403514
Summary
This small study explored whether a special racecar simulation training program could help veterans with PTSD. The single participant learned stress management skills while driving in a virtual environment, with the goal of applying those skills to real life. Researchers measured changes in PTSD symptoms, emotional control, and quality of life to see if the simulation-based training was helpful.
