Summary
This study tested a new group therapy program designed to help Veterans of Color build resilience and improve their well-being by coping with stress from racial discrimination. Thirty-seven veterans participated in one of two different 8-week online group wellness programs. The main goal was to see if running a larger study on this therapy is practical and if participants found the program acceptable and helpful.
