Summary
This study tested a new group therapy program designed to help Veterans of Color build resilience against the stress caused by racism and discrimination. Thirty-seven veterans participated in an 8-week online group session, comparing the new program to a standard wellness therapy. The main goal was to see if running this type of study was practical and if veterans found the program helpful and easy to participate in.
