Learning to live better: new study tests education program for rheumatoid arthritis patients

Summary

This study tests whether a culturally adapted education program can help people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) better manage their condition and improve quality of life. About 88 adults with RA will join group sessions and individual activities focused on disease education, self-care, and stress management over 6 months. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms, daily functioning, and confidence in managing RA compared to usual care.
