Zap to fight RA fatigue? new study tests electrical stimulation
NCT ID NCT07367438
Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle electrical stimulation treatment can help reduce fatigue and improve leg muscle strength in people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). It will compare the real stimulation against a sham (fake) treatment in 84 participants over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach can make daily activities easier for people living with RA.
