NCT ID NCT02390869
First seen Dec 08, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study is for people with a type of blood cancer called follicular lymphoma that has returned after treatment. It compares two maintenance therapies after initial chemo: one uses a single drug (rituximab), the other uses a combination of two drugs (rituximab and lenalidomide, called R2). The goal is to see if the combo keeps the cancer away longer and is safe. About 128 adults who cannot have a stem cell transplant are taking part.
