First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a targeted chemotherapy (R-CDOP) plus a spinal injection of methotrexate can prevent brain relapse in people with a high-risk form of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. About 83 untreated adults will receive the treatment and be followed for two years. The goal is to see if this approach lowers the chance of the cancer spreading to the central nervous system.
