Summary

This study tests whether Qutenza 8% capsaicin patches can safely ease nerve-related lower back pain that may travel down the leg. About 50 adults with pain lasting over three months will receive up to four patches per visit over 12 months, alongside their usual care. The goal is to see if the treatment reduces pain and improves quality of life, while monitoring for side effects.
