Summary

This study aims to understand the 'quiet quitting' phenomenon among healthcare workers at an orthopedic hospital. Researchers will survey 382 nurses, therapists, and other staff to measure how many feel emotionally detached, unmotivated, or unwilling to go beyond minimum job requirements. The goal is to identify factors contributing to this workplace trend and its impact on staff well-being.
