Summary
This small study tested whether a supplement containing quercetin (from fruits/vegetables) and curcumin (from turmeric) could help people with mild to moderate Long COVID. Fifteen adults with persistent symptoms like fatigue and brain fog took the supplement for two months. Researchers measured changes in their overall symptom burden, quality of life, and need for pain medication.
