First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study monitors children (ages 10 to 22, weighing at least 22 pounds) who receive a device called QUELIMMUNE for acute kidney injury caused by sepsis. The device filters blood during dialysis to calm the immune system. The main goal is to see if it causes fewer new bloodstream infections compared to standard care. About 50 participants will be followed for 28 days.
