Which cancer treatment feels worse? study tracks patient suffering

NCT ID NCT07289087

Summary

This study aims to understand and compare how patients feel during two advanced cancer treatments: stem cell transplants and CAR-T therapy. Researchers will follow 162 patients with blood cancers through their hospital stays, asking them to report their symptoms and quality of life using questionnaires. The goal is to learn which treatment causes more short-term discomfort and to better understand patient experiences during these intensive procedures.
