Summary

This study aimed to understand how a chemotherapy drug called temozolomide (TMZ) affects the thinking skills and quality of life of adults with a specific slow-growing brain tumor (diffuse low-grade glioma). Researchers followed 26 patients over a year to measure changes in memory, attention, and daily well-being. The goal was to gather better information to help preserve patients' quality of life since there is no cure for this tumor.
