First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at how personal strengths like resilience, gratitude, and acceptance help older adults (60+) maintain a good quality of life and feel less lonely or anxious. Researchers will survey 110 people living in Spain to understand these strengths and test a program that promotes well-being. The goal is to shift the view of aging from one of decline to one of strength and coping.
