Summary
This study looks back at medical records to see how parathyroid surgery changed quality of life for 60 adults with kidney failure and high calcium levels. Researchers will check surveys on physical and mental health, anxiety, and depression. The goal is to understand if the surgery helps patients feel better day-to-day.
