First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a daily vitamin C supplement called Qualia Vitamin C+ can raise blood vitamin C levels in healthy adults aged 25 to 75 who have either low or normal vitamin C levels. Participants take two capsules daily for 28 days and provide blood samples to measure changes. The trial also looks at effects on fatigue, quality of life, and immune fitness through online questionnaires.
