NCT ID NCT04210349
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study tested whether a quadrivalent (four-strain) flu vaccine works as well as or better than a trivalent (three-strain) vaccine in over 7,000 people aged 6 months and older in China. The main goal was to see if the four-strain shot triggers a stronger immune response against both flu B lineages. Researchers also tracked side effects like injection site pain, fever, and other reactions to ensure the vaccine is safe.
