First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests a new drug called QLS32015 against two standard treatment combinations (pomalidomide with dexamethasone or selinexor with dexamethasone) in 228 people with multiple myeloma that has relapsed or is refractory. The main goal is to see if QLS32015 can delay cancer progression better than the current options. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the new drug or one of the standard regimens.
