This study tests an experimental drug called QLS1410 for people with primary aldosteronism, a condition where the adrenal glands make too much aldosterone, causing high blood pressure. The trial will compare the drug to a placebo in 60 adults to see if it safely lowers blood pressure over 12 weeks. Participants must stop certain other blood pressure medications during the study.
