NCT ID NCT06030193
First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tested a new eye drop called QLS-111 in 37 adults with normal tension glaucoma, a type of glaucoma where eye pressure is not high but vision is still damaged. The goal was to see if QLS-111 is safe and can lower eye pressure better than a standard treatment. Participants used either QLS-111 or another eye drop for a short time, and researchers monitored side effects and pressure changes.
