First seen Mar 12, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests a new medicine called QLC7401 for people with a genetic condition that causes very high cholesterol (heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia). About 120 adults who are already on cholesterol-lowering drugs will receive either QLC7401 or a placebo as a shot. The goal is to see if the drug safely lowers bad cholesterol more than current therapy alone.
