Summary

This study tests a new drug called QL1706 given before surgery for people with a specific type of colon cancer (MSI-H/dMMR) that has not spread too far. About 363 participants will receive either QL1706 or standard care to see if the drug can make the tumor disappear completely or prevent the cancer from coming back. The goal is to improve outcomes for patients with this hard-to-treat cancer.
