First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests whether a traditional Chinese herbal formula, Qingre Huatan, can prevent early neurological worsening in people who have had an acute ischemic stroke. About 72 participants will receive either the herbal formula or a placebo within 48 hours of their stroke. The main goal is to see if fewer people experience a decline in their condition over the first week.
