Summary
This study investigates whether a traditional Chinese mind-body practice called Baduanjin Qigong, combined with standard exercises, can improve muscle strength and quality of life in adults aged 35–55 with colorectal cancer who are undergoing chemotherapy. Participants will take part in supervised sessions three times a week for 12 weeks while continuing their regular treatment. The goal is to find a safe, accessible way to help patients stay stronger and feel better during cancer therapy.
