Summary

This study is testing whether practicing Qigong, a traditional Chinese mind-body exercise, can help people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers want to see if Qigong improves balance, daily function, depression, and overall well-being compared to standard rehabilitation exercises. The trial involves 36 adults with MS who can walk with minimal assistance.
