First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at whether qigong, a gentle exercise that combines movement, breathing, and focus, can help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) improve their balance, daily function, and mood. About 36 adults with MS will be randomly assigned to do qigong or standard rehabilitation exercises. Researchers will measure changes in quality of life, balance, and depression to see if qigong offers extra benefits.
