New drug tested to help stroke recovery when standard treatment Isn't an option

Summary

This study is testing whether a new injection called QHRD106 can help people recover better from a stroke caused by a blocked blood vessel in the brain. It is for patients who cannot receive the usual clot-busting treatment. About 320 participants will receive either the study drug or a placebo within 24 hours of their stroke symptoms starting.
