First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a digital tool called QbMobile can accurately measure changes in ADHD symptoms after starting treatment. Researchers will enroll 175 people aged 6 to 60 who are newly diagnosed or not yet on medication. Participants use QbMobile to generate a symptom score, which is tracked over time to see if it reflects treatment effects.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
- What this could lead to
- If successful, this could provide doctors with a more objective way to monitor ADHD treatment response, potentially improving care.
- What could go wrong
- This is an observational study, not a treatment trial. It only tests a monitoring tool, so it won't directly improve symptoms. Results may not change current practice.
