Summary
This early-phase study tests a cancer vaccine (PVX-410) with two other drugs (citarinostat and lenalidomide) in people with smoldering multiple myeloma, a pre-cancer condition. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can boost the immune system to control the disease. Nineteen participants are enrolled, and the study focuses on side effects and immune responses.
