Summary
This is the first study testing a new drug called PVT401 in humans. Researchers want to understand its safety, side effects, and how long it stays in the body. The study involves 36 healthy volunteers who will receive either the drug or a placebo through an IV. The main goal is to gather basic safety information before testing in people with inflammatory bowel disease.
